Srinagar Police have arrested 03 gamblers from Habbak area, stake money and playing cards have also been recovered.
A police party from Police Station Nigeen raided a gambling site following an input about gambling activities and apprehended three gamblers for gambling offences.
Officers have seized playing cards and stake amount of ₹4,180/- from the gamblers.
Case FIR No. 93/2020 under relevant sections of law has been registered in Police Station Nigeen.
Persons found indulging in criminal activities shall be dealt as per law. Community members are requested to share information regarding the crimes in their neighbourhood with the local police units.
