The authorities do not have any plan regarding the transfer of NHM employees posted in the border areas, as a result of which these employees are in dire straits. Special attention should be given so that they do not face difficulties. These doctors and other employees said that they were promised that their transfers would be implemented but even after many years, the authorities did not provide any transfer policy for them. Such employees have been rendering their services despite the lack of basic facilities in the border areas for years, but now their patience is running out. Around 50 such employees are currently serving in the border town of Karnah. Although their services have been taken for years, no attention is paid to their transfer and that is why no one is ready to come here. According to the employees, if the government had a solid policy, everyone would be ready to give duties in the border areas, but when there is no policy, no one is in favor of being posted there on duties. It is said that the authorities have formed committees twice to make the transfer policy, but no solution has been found by them either. The employees posted in the border areas said that the medical system of the backward areas is unequal because there are employees there. They do not get the facilities they are entitled to. Also, no serious steps are taken to repatriate those who are once posted in the border areas and due to this fear, many single employees and The doctors have refused to go to these areas. Similarly, in Karen and Mazhal, no steps are taken to transfer the employees back to other areas. The employees say that it is our demand that the employees in the border areas There should be a policy for posting which stipulates that every doctor and paramedical staff should be posted for 2 years so that all can perform their services and the work of the department is not affected.
