The Kisan credit card is a great product but it does not cover the  landless people. Institutional and formal arrangements of finance will never be able to offer any sustainable and effective financial service.

So what is the solution? We have several options which may be successful.
1. To assess the values of the existing ownership of whatever resources of the poor.
2. To assess their labour potentials and that can  generate notional income which they can create in case they have no physical resources to act as a collateral for pragmatic capital financing.
3. To collateralise their future economic activities’ generate incomes vis a vis their loan requirements.
4. Designing a legal framework to protect the social and local financers to realise their money as per the standard designs of contract, pre vetted by Govt.
5. How to advise these people to spend the capital so that it remains sustainably productive

If we are able to resolve these issues and put money for businesses, etc like one cow, one buffalo and goats etc to poor people, we can creates lot of sustainable income models in the hands of poor people rural India who can create huge demands of various products to cheer the supply economic systems owned by manufacturers or big players.
described the way to enhance rural India economical growths.
He said to finance the people in rural india at the bottom of pyramid for starting or doing sustainable economic activities?
