For the information of the public, the Chief Medical Officer today informed that age certificates which were earlier issued by District Medical Board, Jawahar Nagar, Srinagar shall now be issued/ given zone wise.

Further, it was informed that people from Zone Khanyar can obtain the given certificate from CHC Gousia, NTPHC Rainawari and for Zone Zadibal the same can be obtained from NTPHC Lal Bazar, PHC Zadibal.

Besides, PHC S. R. Gunj, NTPHC Narwara have been designated for people from Zone S. R. Gunj and further Trauma Centre Lawaypora, PHE Laloo, NTPHC Jawahar Nagar, PHC Lasjan have been nominated for Zone Batmaloo.

   Accordingly people in need of age certificates are advised to visit the nearest Zone/Centre’s.
