
Peren, Nagaland, Dec 25: The 8th Winter Carnival Festival, organised by Assam Rifles under Spear Corps in collaboration with Progressive Peren (P2), drew over 600 locals to Peren, Nagaland, for a celebration of culture and community.
The festival featured performances by the Jazz Band and Pipe Band of Assam Rifles, adding a vibrant musical dimension to the event. Traditional cultural dances were also showcased, providing attendees with a glimpse into the rich heritage of the Zeliang community.
