In a moment of pride for the Assam Rifles, Rifleman Vikas Siwach has clinched the Bronze Medal at the 4th Sub-Junior and Senior National Taekwondo Championships held at the Jawaharlal Indoor Stadium, Cuttack, Odisha, from 28th August to 2nd September 2025.

Competing against some of the nation’s best martial artists, Rifleman Siwach showcased exceptional agility, discipline, and fighting spirit — qualities deeply ingrained in the ethos of the Assam Rifles. His performance not only brought individual glory but also honour to the Force, highlighting the multi-dimensional talent within India’s oldest paramilitary organization.
The championship saw intense competition across weight categories, and Siwach’s resilience and tactical prowess helped him secure a podium finish. His achievement stands as a shining example of how armed forces personnel continue to excel beyond the battlefield, representing the country in diverse arenas including sports.
