Somsai, Jan 29: Assam Rifles Public School, Somsai, marked its Annual Day with an exuberant celebration at Triveni Hall, under the theme “Rhythm of Culture: Celebrating Talent, Tradition and Tomorrow.” The event was a showcase of the students’ achievements in academics, arts, and cultural pursuits, reflecting the school’s focus on holistic education.

The celebration brought together 180 students, 90 parents, 16 teachers, along with school officials and invited guests, creating a lively and vibrant atmosphere. Students performed a series of cultural presentations including traditional dances, musical performances, skits, and poetry recitals, highlighting both creativity and cultural heritage.
School Principal, in her address, emphasized the importance of nurturing talent while preserving traditions. She lauded the students’ hard work and the teachers’ dedication in guiding them toward excellence. Parents also expressed their pride in the students’ performances and the school’s role in fostering a balanced learning environment.
The Annual Day concluded with awards and certificates presented to outstanding performers in academics, sports, and cultural activities.
