Srinagar, Oct 15: Lieutenant General Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, Director General of Assam Rifles, along with all ranks of the force, has extended greetings and best wishes to the personnel of 15 Assam Rifles on the occasion of the battalion’s Raising Day.
