Dimapur, Dec 27: The Assam Rifles flagged off a National Integration Tour from Dimapur, Nagaland, to Pransla, Gujarat, on December 26, 2025, aimed at fostering patriotism, cultural understanding, and national unity among young students.

Eighteen students, accompanied by two teachers, will participate in the tour, which is designed to give them firsthand exposure to India’s rich cultural heritage. The itinerary includes visits to historic and cultural sites, participation in the Rashtra Katha Shivir, and opportunities to interact with national icons and leaders.
The tour emphasizes the values of “One Nation, One Spirit,” helping students appreciate the diversity and unity of India. Officers of the Assam Rifles highlighted that such initiatives not only broaden students’ knowledge but also instill a sense of responsibility, civic awareness, and national pride.
By combining education, cultural immersion, and interactive experiences, the National Integration Tour aims to strengthen bonds among participants while encouraging them to become ambassadors of India’s rich heritage and national unity.
