Manipur. Nov 27: On 25 November 2025, the Assam Rifles officially flagged the Seemadarshan Tour of 28 students and two teachers from Don Bosco College, Maram, Manipur. The 11-day educational and experiential journey, which commenced on 15 November 2025, aimed to provide participants with an immersive exploration of India’s border regions.

During the tour, students visited key locations such as the Assam Rifles Training Centre and School, Kaziranga National Park, Tezpur Military Station, Air Force Station Tezpur, Bomdila, Tenga Valley, Tawang, Bumla Pass, and Sungester Lake. Each stop offered unique insights into the country’s defense operations, cultural heritage, and natural beauty.
The participants expressed deep gratitude to the Indian Army and Assam Rifles for their guidance, hospitality, and the enriching experiences that created lasting memories. The tour not only fostered awareness of India’s strategic border regions but also inspired a sense of national pride and adventure among the students.
