Churachandpur, Aug 1: Assam Rifles, under Spear Corps, organised a Career Guidance, Indian Army Recruitment and Leadership Session at Young Learners School in Churachandpur, Manipur, on July 30, inspiring around 260 students to explore career opportunities in the Armed Forces.

The interactive programme familiarised students with various entry schemes into the Indian Army, eligibility criteria, recruitment procedures and career pathways available for young aspirants.

Resource persons also conducted sessions on leadership, personality development and the importance of discipline, integrity, teamwork and selfless service—core values that define military life and contribute to nation-building.

Students actively participated in the programme and interacted with Army personnel to gain a better understanding of the recruitment process, training and opportunities for professional growth in the Armed Forces.

The event concluded with an engaging question-and-answer session, during which students sought clarifications on career prospects, selection procedures and life in the Army. Officials encouraged the participants to remain focused on their education, develop leadership qualities and work towards serving the nation.
