Assam Rifles hosts family counselling in Nagaland

Dimapur, Feb 25: In Dimapur District, Nagaland, the Assam Rifles conducted a counselling session for families under its Rubaru initiative, themed “Mera Wajood, Suno Meri Awaaz.” The session aimed to strengthen family bonds and promote emotional well-being among personnel and their families.

Mrs. Saloni, a professional psychology counsellor, led the interactive session, focusing on Parenting with Boundaries and Attachment. She provided practical guidance on fostering healthy relationships, nurturing trust, and balancing discipline with emotional support within families.
A total of 56 families participated in the programme, engaging actively with the counsellor through discussions and queries. The session offered a platform for sharing experiences, addressing challenges, and learning strategies to maintain harmony at home.
