Itanagar, Jan 11: The Assam Rifles is set to conduct the Talent Round of the Miss PPIF Beauty Pageant on 18 January 2026 at Nampong, Arunachal Pradesh, as a curtain-raiser to the Pangsau Pass International Festival (PPIF) 2026, scheduled to be held from 20 to 22 January 2026.

The event aims to provide a vibrant and inclusive platform for young women to showcase their talent, confidence and cultural expression. More than a beauty pageant, the Talent Round will highlight creativity, skill and individuality, reflecting the rich cultural heritage and diversity of the Indo–Myanmar border region.
