Assam Rifles hosts student picnic in AP

Jairampur, May : The Jairampur Battalion of Assam Rifles organised a farewell picnic for 35 students of NIEDO Patkai 30 Centre of Excellence, along with their teachers, at Jairampur as part of its youth engagement and community outreach initiatives.

The event was designed to provide students with a refreshing and safe recreational experience while strengthening bonds between the youth and security forces operating in the region.
Students actively participated in various recreational activities and group interactions conducted during the picnic. The sessions encouraged teamwork, camaraderie and healthy social engagement among the participants.
Teachers accompanying the students appreciated the initiative, noting that such interactions outside the classroom environment contribute to holistic development and help build confidence and discipline among young learners.
Assam Rifles personnel ensured smooth conduct of the event, maintaining a friendly and supportive environment throughout the programme.
The initiative reflects the ongoing efforts of Assam Rifles to engage with local communities and support youth development through constructive and positive outreach activities.
