
Kohima , May 12: Assam Rifles under Spear Corps organised “A Day with Company Commander” outreach programmes at Kohima in Nagaland and Sangkungmai in Senapati district of Manipur, bringing together over 130 students and teachers in a series of interactive and motivational activities.
The initiative focused on strengthening youth engagement through a blend of educational, recreational, and wellness-oriented sessions aimed at promoting discipline, teamwork, and physical fitness among students.
Participants took part in interactive discussions with Company Commanders, where they were briefed about the role of the Assam Rifles in maintaining peace and security in the region. The sessions also encouraged students to adopt values of leadership, responsibility, and national integration.
