Kohma, Nov 12: In Nagaland, the Shamator Battalion of Assam Rifles organized an educational lecture and interactive session at Straightwat Mission School, Dan, on November 11, 2025, to commemorate World Science Day for Peace and Development. The event aimed to promote scientific awareness, critical thinking, and intellectual growth among students in remote and border areas of the state.

During the session, Assam Rifles personnel engaged students in discussions about the importance of science in daily life, peace-building, and sustainable development.
