Itanagar , July 25: Lt Gen Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, Director General of the Assam Rifles, along with all ranks of the force, paid solemn tribute to Rifleman Sivaprasad S of 8 Assam Rifles, who lost his life during a watermanship training activity in Arunachal Pradesh on July 22, 2026.
