Shillong, Sep 21: Lieutenant General Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, Director General of Assam Rifles, along with all ranks of the force, paid solemn tribute to the brave soldiers who made the supreme sacrifice in the line of duty on September 21, 1967.
