Dimapur, June 6: Lieutenant General Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, Director General of Assam Rifles, along with all ranks of the force, paid solemn tribute to a valiant soldier who made the supreme sacrifice in the line of duty on June 6, 1974.
