Imphal, June 6: Assam Rifles Public School, Jwalamukhi, Manipur organised a four-day Summer Camp from June 3 to June 6, 2026, for students from Classes I to X, focusing on holistic learning beyond the classroom.

The camp featured a wide range of literary, artistic, cultural and nature-based activities aimed at nurturing creativity, confidence and teamwork among students.
Participants took part in handwriting competitions, essay writing, debates and environmental-themed painting sessions. The programme also included a tree plantation drive to promote environmental awareness and responsibility among students.
Cultural activities formed a key highlight of the camp, with students performing dance presentations and showcasing traditional ethnic attire through a fashion show that celebrated local culture and diversity.
School authorities said the initiative was designed to encourage experiential learning and overall personality development, helping students build communication skills, creativity and environmental sensitivity alongside academic growth
