Chinar trees with the background of Zabarwan Hills have become a hot spot for photo shoots. Scores of tourists could be seen clicking pictures under the Chinar trees at the Mughal gardens.
“I have visited Kashmir thrice, but, it is the first time I have visited the valley in the autumn season. The colours are beautiful. I was told to visit Nishat garden in the autumn season and here I am here enjoying and feeling marvellous”, said Anuskha from New Delhi.
“It feels like you are in Scotland. It is just beautiful and peaceful here. People should come here and explore the Kashmir valley”, she said.
“Believe me Kashmir looks extraordinary in the autumn season”, said a tourist Jain from Gujarat. Adding that he said, “Such beauty cannot be seen anywhere in India. People usually wait for January and February season to visit Kashmir. But, I would say this is the best season to visit Kashmir”.
“I had no plan to visit Kashmir this week as I was thinking to come here in the winter season. But, then I saw a few pictures of Chinar trees and Mughal gardens which my classmate had uploaded. I somehow convinced my parents and here I am enjoying the beauty of Kashmir”, said Sheetal, a tourist from Mumbai.
“Definitely, this is the best season to visit Kashmir. I have been in summers here and winters too. But, let me tell you clearly, the autumn season gives you a different vibe. I have clicked more than 100 pictures under the Chinar tree and I am going to make jealous my friends and relatives”, said Sahil, a tourist from West Bengal.
Adding that he said, “For a moment, I thought I am in some European country, these trees these colour takes us to a new level”.
