Education is fundamental for achieving full human potential developing an equitable and just Society and promoting national development. Providing universal access to quality education is key to economic growth, social Justice and equality, scientific advancement, national integration and cultural preservation and for India's continues ascent, progress and leadership on the global stage. India will have the highest youth population in the world over the next decade and our ability to provide high-quality educational opportunities to them will shape the future of our country.
The world is undergoing rapid changes in the knowledge landscape. With the rise of big data, machine learning and Artificial Intelligence , many unskilled jobs worldwide may be taken over by machines, while the need for skilled labour, particularly involving Mathematics computer Science and data Science in conjunction with multi-disciplinary abilities across the scientific, social science and humanities, will be in rapid increasing demand. There will also be urgent requirement and need for new skilled labour particularly in biology, chemistry, physics and climate Science . There will be growing demand for humanities and art as India moves towards becoming a developed country and among the three largest economics in the world.
Education must move towards less content and more towards learning about how to think critically and solve problems, how to be creative and multi-disciplinary and how to innovate, adapt and absorb new material in a novel and changing field. Pedagogy must evolve to make education more experiential, holistic , integrated, discovery oriented, learner-centred , discussion-bases, flexible and of course enjoyable. Education must build character, enabling learners to be ethical, rational, compassionate and caring, while at the same time prepare them for gainful, fulfilling employment.
Now the benefits of Fixing high targets by teachers and their immediate officers :- When a high target is fixed by Headmasters and principal viz securing hundred percent result in board examination in case of class 10th and 12th . When such a high target is fixed by a Headmaster Or principal then it would be possible to achieve hundred percent over all results when the result of every subject will be hundred percent. Hence when such a high target is fixed then every teacher will try to obtain a hundred percent result in his respective subject. This will create a strong unity among the teachers. They will work in close co-ordination and co-operation with each other. They will jointly analyse the problems of the students and will find the solution of all such problems with joint discussion . This will help in creating a strong unity among the whole staff and a congenital atmosphere for imparting equal high quality education in which problems of the students will be resolved by mutual discussion of all the staff members. During such discussion a most appropriate solution will be possible with the help of common experience of all the teachers. The most important aspect of such discussion will be that with the help of exchange of ideas the teaching skills innovative ideas and experience of all the teacher will increase and hence all the teachers will become equal competent efficient and experienced teachers. When such a high target is fixed then teachers will get an opportunity of learning from each other.
Officers will also play their role in enhancing teaching skills innovative ideas and expertise of the teachers. They will create a sense of competition among teachers wherein every teacher will try to become more efficient intelligent and competent every day in respect of each previous day . With this the habit of continuous learning will be developed among the teachers. Moreover officers will also enhance their own administrative/managerial skills for performing their professional responsibilities in a most efficient and excellent manner.
Slow learner students will also be identified , extra periods will be arranged for teaching them and hence their learning level will be enhanced with the joint efforts of teachers and their immediate officers.
In this way when a high target is fixed by the officers then all the staff members will work in more sincere , honest efficient and professional manner and there will be a good impact on the overall scenario of imparting equal high quality Education in all the Schools.
All the officers will also ensue to apply and implement following steps for smooth functioning of their Schools/offices:
Once the students will gain command over recognition of alphabets combination and formation of words. Then teachers must create interest and desire in students for learning by reading/writing. Thereafter teachers must change such desire and interest of the students into a thirst for learning and acquiring knowledge by focusing on literacy (English) and numeracy(Maths).
Note that when students will gain full command over all the basic concepts/tools required for proper learning Maths and will gain command over this important subject then mental abilities of students will develop fully and their mind will become sufficient sharp depending upon the keen interest of teachers in teaching to the students with sincerity and honesty.
In this way teachers can change the destiny of the students in the class rooms.
Let us ensure that education and knowledge must enlighten the mind and heart of all the teachers. When the eyes of the heart will be enlightened then justice will be done by all the teachers with themselves and also with all others.
A wonderful change in the education system will be possible only when each teacher will engage in self-improvement, choosing a mentor teacher for themselves and will become equally efficient and competent for teaching the children every day in respect of each previous day.

This would be possible only when every teacher will work diligently , with great concern, foresight, high vision, sincerity, honesty, tolerance, patience and responsibility for the pleasure and approval of Almighty Allah .

Teachers must work as Academic Doctors :- All the teachers must develop an ability to identify or ascertain the reasons or the problems of slow learners . This can be done by making proper use of Child Psychology, Education psychology, self Psychology and personal experience in the field of teaching learning. All the teachers must have equal abilities to resolve all such problems of the students. As an Academic doctors teachers can create desire and interest in the students for learning and then by making use of their professional competencies they can convert such desire and interest of students into thirst of learning and acquiring knowledge efficiency and competency to excel in their bright future career.
