Beyond the Veil of Understanding !

"Those who have subdued their minds, have subdued the universe. Those who have wrestled with their minds, have wrestled with the world."

As I navigated some spiritual books and compared them with the complexities of the modern world. I looked for more books for some references . We live in this hustle and bustle routine life that somehow made us forget the spiritual journey at long level. Today I dive into the four realms of spiritualities and found only their stories or I may say material being different. First pondering into the Bhagavad Gita Chapter 3 verse 30 the real and hidden meaning I found was all same” May you abandon all varieties of dharma and just surrender unto me alone. I shall deliver you from all sinful reactions. Do not fear."

In this verse, Lord Krishna instructs Arjuna to abandon all other forms of dharma (duty, righteousness, or religion) and simply surrender unto Him. Krishna promises to deliver Arjuna from all sinful reactions, freeing him from the cycle of karma.
This verse highlights the central theme of the Bhagavad Gita: the importance of surrendering one's ego and desires to the divine. By surrendering to Krishna, Arjuna and by extension, all individuals can attain liberation from the cycle of birth and death.
The Commentary goes on like
My soul is a tiny part of the Supreme Lord Shree Krishna. He is the Enjoyer and Master of all. All my works are meant for his pleasure, and thus, I should perform my duties in the spirit of yajña or sacrifice to him. He supplies the energy by which I accomplish works of yajña. Thus, I should not take credit for any actions authored by me.”
The verse emphasizes the importance of surrendering one's ego and desires to the divine. encourages the development of faith and trust in the divine, leading to a deeper sense of surrender and devotion.
Second, pondering upon The word "jihad" mentioned in the Quran comes from the Arabic root "j-h-d," which means "to strive" or "to struggle." In its literal sense, jihad refers to any effort or struggle to achieve a noble or righteous goal.
In Quran Allah swt Mentions Surah Al-Hajj, Verse 22:78,
"And strive for Allah with the striving due to Him. He has chosen you and has not placed upon you religion any difficulty. (It is) the religion of your father, Ibrahim. He named you Muslims before (in the past), and in this (Quran), that the Messenger may be a witness over you, and you may be witnesses over the people. So establish prayer and give Zakah and hold fast to Allah. He is your Protector; and excellent is the Protector, and excellent is the Helper."
This verse emphasizes the importance of striving for Allah with dedication and effort. Muslims are reminded that they have been chosen by Allah for a great purpose, and that Islam is a natural and easy way of life.
Muslims are also reminded of their responsibility to be witnesses over humanity, spreading Allah's message and serving as role models.
The verse concludes by emphasizing the importance of establishing prayer and giving zakah, serving as a means of worship and service to Allah. Like meditating five times a day will make your inner thoughts pious giving alms Will make your inner conscience and make u feel dutiful Fasting During month of Ramadan your soul free of vices
Jihad can refer to the internal struggle to resist temptation, to overcome one's ego, and to live a righteous life.
And third realm Mathew 10: 34
"Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace, but a sword."
In this verse, Jesus is speaking to his twelve apostles, whom he has sent out to preach the gospel and heal the sick. He is preparing them for the challenges and opposition they will face.
This verse is often misunderstood, but here's what it means Jesus is not advocating for violence or physical conflict. The "sword" he refers to is a metaphor for the spiritual division and conflict that his message will bring.
His message of love, forgiveness, and redemption will challenge the status quo and create tension between those who accept it and those who reject it.
Ultimately spiritual journey is not only about dogma but cultivating a deeper sense of connection within the divine and within ourselves.
"Jin manas te marai Maya, tin manas te hare avatar. Jin manas te jujhai Maya, tin manas te hare jujhar."
Guru Granth Sahib
"Those who have subdued their minds, have subdued the universe. Those who have wrestled with their minds, have wrestled with the world."
