Srinagar, Oct 20: Students appearing in the Class 10 annual regular Mathematics examination at two Srinagar centres allegedly faced difficulties due to damaged and broken tables.
The affected centres include Linton Hall School, Rajbagh, and Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Chanapora.
Students said wooden portions of some tables repeatedly came loose and fell while they were writing, disrupting their concentration and causing inconvenience during the examination.
They said the poor condition of the furniture added to examination pressure and urged the authorities to address the issue before the remaining papers.
Students have sought an immediate inspection of both centres and the repair or replacement of damaged tables to ensure a comfortable examination environment for all candidates.
