Chaglagam, Dec 15: The Indian Army, in coordination with the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and the civil administration, successfully concluded a 72-hour joint rescue operation following a tragic truck accident in Chaglagam, Arunachal Pradesh.

The operation was conducted in extremely challenging terrain with adverse weather conditions, making rescue efforts arduous. Teams worked tirelessly to locate and recover victims from a steep valley, demonstrating remarkable courage and coordination under difficult circumstances.
Tragically, the operation resulted in the recovery of the mortal remains of 20 individuals, providing much-needed closure to the grieving families. Authorities confirmed that all possible safety measures were implemented during the rescue mission to ensure the recovery operation was conducted efficiently and respectfully.
