
The Meteorological Centre (MeT) Srinagar has forecast mostly cloudy weather for Jammu & Kashmir over the next two weeks, with chances of light snowfall in higher areas and fog affecting several regions.
December 11–12 is expected to be partly cloudy. From December 13–17, skies may remain partly to generally cloudy, with very light snowfall possible in some higher reaches of North and Central Kashmir, mainly during late night or early morning. December 18–19 will see partly cloudy skies, while December 20–21 may bring generally cloudy conditions in the evening, with light rain or snow at scattered places in Kashmir and isolated spots in Jammu. December 22–25 is likely to remain partly cloudy.
The MeT has advised that shallow to moderate fog will persist in many parts of Kashmir and some areas of Jammu, potentially affecting visibility and travel conditions.
