A policeman died of a cardiac arrest in Nowgam area of Central Kashmir Srinagar district on Sunday afternoon.
Police sources said that a cop identified as Mohammad Ayoub lone Resident of Natipora suffered a massive cardiac arrest and fell unconscious at rented accommodation in Nowgam.
They said that he was rushed to nearby hospital for treatment, where he was declared dead on arrival.
The deceased was posted at police station Kakapora.
