Tinsukia, , Jan 22: As part of military-civil fusion, the Red Shield Gunners under #SpearCorps conducted a Counter-Drone Capsule at Tinsukia, enhancing joint preparedness and planning against emerging drone-based threats.

The exercise witnessed active participation from Assam Police, CRPF, CISF, and Indian Oil Corporation Limited, fostering seamless inter-agency coordination. It involved real-time simulations to detect, track, and neutralize potential aerial threats, emphasizing rapid response and operational synergy between military and civilian agencies.
Officials highlighted that the Counter-Drone Capsule not only reinforced operational readiness but also strengthened collaborative mechanisms for securing critical infrastructure and sensitive installations against drone incursions.
