Dimapur, July 14: Director General of Assam Rifles, Lieutenant General Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, on Tuesday paid solemn tribute to Havildar Mohd Iqbal at a wreath-laying ceremony held with full military honours at Dimapur, Nagaland.

The ceremony was attended by senior Army and Assam Rifles officers, personnel and fellow soldiers, who gathered to honour the braveheart who made the supreme sacrifice in the line of duty. Wreaths were laid amid military honours as a mark of the Nation's deep respect and gratitude for the fallen soldier's courage, dedication and selfless service.
