Lieutenant General Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, Director General of Assam Rifles, met with Mr. A.S. Sahney, Chairman of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), in New Delhi on October 9, 2025, to discuss avenues for enhanced institutional collaboration.
