Deputy commissioner Budgam Fakhruddin District Budgam carrom championship concluded, Deputy commissioner Budgam Fakhruddin Hamid distributed prizes among the winners and runners up.
District Budgam Carrom Association Organised District Budgam Carrom Championship under the auspices of J&K Carrom Association on 10th & 11th September 2022 at indoor sports hall Budgam for cadet, sub junior, junior & senior category in both boys & girl’s men & women respectively in which more than 220 players participated in this championship from Schools & Colleges of district Budgam in all the three categories of the event.
Adil Rashid Shah General Secretary J&K Carrom Association in his welcome Speech welcomed & thanked Chief guest Fakhruddin Hamid, Dy Commissioner Budgam, Mudasir Khan President Jammu & carrom Association, Arif Sultan, Dawar Rashid Secretary & treasurer of the Association, Gulzar Khan President District Budgam Carrom Association, Nissar Ahmad Paul General Secretary district Srinagar Carrom Association, Other dignitaries & members of the association.
The Adil Shah general secretary informed that with the help of sports council & districts units of the association we are organising district level tournament in each & every district of the Jammu & Kashmir. Players need to be cautious & participate through only genuine association, who can take players up to national & international level informed general secretary of the association.
