A postal stamp by the central government led by PM Narendra Modi was issued on the Mithila Paag in 2017 following the ‘Save the Paag Campaign’ launched by Mithilalok Foundation, which he heads as founder Chairman.
In 2017, Dr Birbal Jha was accorded the status of the Youngest Living Legend of Mithila through a book that includes 25 personalities from the land of Mithila where Goddess Sita was born in the epoch of Treta.
Dr Jha is currently working to advance the cause of education in India. His book- Spoken English Kit besides Celebrate Your Life is a hit in Hindi speaking belt of India.
