Envy: If a person has been blessed by Almighty with any good thing, for example, wealth, honor, talent, skill, wisdom, etc., and another person creates a wrong thought about it in his heart and mind and then keeps thinking, why did he get all these valuable or precious things? May Allah forgive him, why did Allah give it to him? It was a pleasure to meet him. Or, it is called envy of such person. Now, thinking all this will not make a single bit of difference in the health of the person whom Almighty has blessed with his glory. It only ruins the fate of the person who thinks in a wrong way and also wastes his precious time. If instead he had spent all this time to get something from the infinite treasure of Almighty, how much better it would have been.

The real fact is that this envy is due to lack of religious education . Here, every person must have full knowledge that the treasure of Almighty is infinite and every person can get from this treasure. Now, Almighty blesses a person with something good who is capable of handling it, or on the basis of some good qualities possessed by such person Almighty blesses him. It is not up to anyone to know that what can be such good qualities . Almighty can only know by His own grace that what thing He has bestowed upon whom, how much harm will he cause to others, and then what quality is present in any person, that too Almighty himself created within him and then blessed him with something good. The second negative quality is anger, which is defined as punishing oneself unnecessarily for the mistakes committed by others. Any person who gets angry, his own blood pressure increases or it has a very bad affect on the senses of his body, but the person on whom one gets angry ,he does not suffer any harm, so what is the benefit of getting angry on others ? The third negative quality is stinginess. If a person does a good deed or has good thoughts, then giving more to him is called stinginess. This is also bad for both the speed and health of a person. It affects the health of the miser is ruined. No matter how good it is, if a person establishes a strong connection with the Most Gracious and Most Merciful, then all his legitimate problems will be solved. A person who lives a peaceful life with all the members of his society, who lives a peaceful life with his parents, other elders, brothers and sisters, other relatives and receives their prayers, and also treats his neighbors well, then Almighty will bless such a person with His grace. If one looks carefully and examines this society, one will find some individuals whose ancestors were given everything by Almighty, but today they have nothing, and then there are also some individuals whose ancestors were also rich and today they are even richer and wealthier than their Ancestors.Now the difference between these two types of individuals becomes clear from their way of life, their mutual relations, and the way they treat and behaved with their neighbors and relatives. And if one thinks about it, one can also learn a great lesson that peace-loving individuals are those who are more generous than others. They do not fight with others, do not oppress others, live peacefully with their relatives and community. Such people are very much liked by Almighty.
Finally, it is worth considering how one can become conscious. To achieve this good quality and virtue, both religious and worldly education is required. With the help of Education and knowledge, a person can create qualities and values in himself and eradicate negative traits. He should live a peaceful life with all his relatives and community and must receive their prayers. He should keep his thinking always positive and revive his conscience through feeling and good thinking , then he will become conscious . Now, if we look at it from the point of view of Education and knowledge, it is necessary for all educated persons and all teachers in any village to be conscious about their responsibilities. If all teachers will honour children by reviving or refreshing this great quality within themselves, they should adorn them with the quality education in the best way with full effort, dedication sincerity and honesty. Along with the educational ability of the children, they should also teach them qualities and values with full efforts. In the future , the entire society will be in the hands of these children. Then society will definitely progress.
The good news is that we have implemented the NEP 2020 which is a dynamic education policy . In this dynamic Education policy there is an emphasis on instilling such values and qualities in children which are very difficult to define. All these values and qualities can be inculcated by the teachers. Children will be able to develop these values only when every teacher develops first these qualities and values within themselves. When these values are inculcated within the teachers and then within the children, then with the grace of Almighty , there will be peace and tranquility everywhere and the country will move on the path of progress. And then doing justice to others will be the greatest value possible every where . Before doing justice to others, it is necessary to do justice to oneself. And an educated person who could not do justice to himself with the help of his education needs to reconsider his education. This from this discussion it is proved that if teachers are the most educated, then they will have to do justice to themselves first and then the justice with the society will follow automatically. Earning halal sustenance is the first and greatest justice. When one will earn rightful (halal) sustenance, then justice will also be possible in educating children. Right feeling is also needed to do justice to oneself. Therefore, it is also necessary to develop feeling with the help of education because, according to the poet,

When the conscience of the most educated people will be alive, then they must have a good feeling for themselves and then it is necessary to develop a sense of compassion and empathy for others, and when the conscience will be alive, there will be a sense of compassion and empathy with good thinking for others.
Since the teachers and all other incumbents working in Education department are well qualified and Educated members of the Society. Hence all of them must be fully conscious and empathetic for doing justice with themselves and the Justice will take place with the Society automatically. ( Concluded)
