The word " Qurbani" doesn't mean to store meat in an electrical equipment’s especially during Eid so that to preserving for long duration. Otherwise it is that thing which He(Allah) revealed its significance many places in the Quran. Let me give you one clue, which i consider everything is concealed within this aayett "Innus Salatii Wa Nusuki wa Mahya e Wa Mamatii Lillahi Rubbil Aalameen".
