GoC White Knight Corps reviews security in Rajouri

Rajouri, May 2: The General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the White Knight Corps, Lieutenant General P. K. Mishra, UYSM, AVSM, YSM, SM, along with the GOC of the Crossed Swords Division, conducted a comprehensive visit to the general area of Kachriyal to review the prevailing security environment and assess operational preparedness During the visit, the senior commanders were briefed in detail on forward deployments, the Counter Terrorism Grid, intelligence framework, and the synergy being maintained with other security agencies across their respective areas of responsibility. The review focused on enhancing coordination and ensuring a robust security posture in the region.

Subsequently, the GOC visited the area of Counter Insurgency Force Romeo, where he was apprised of ongoing operational dynamics and measures being undertaken to counter emerging security challenges effectively.
Interacting with troops on the ground, Lt Gen P. K. Mishra commended the innovative initiatives adopted by the units to enhance operational effectiveness. He lauded the personnel for their exceptional vigilance, high morale, and unwavering dedication in safeguarding the nation under challenging and demanding conditions.
The visit underscores the Indian Army’s continued commitment to maintaining operational readiness and ensuring peace and stability in the region
