Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered transfer and postings in the interest of administration, an official spokesman said on Tuesday.
He said the transfer and posting orders were issued by the General Administration Department (GDA) last night according to which Navin Kumar Choudhary, Principal Secretary to Government, Industries and Commerce Department, shall hold the additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Tourism Department, in addition to his own duties till further orders.
RigzianSampheal, Commissioner Secretary to Government, Tourism Department, holding additional charge of Ladakh Affairs Department and Department of Floriculture, Parks and Gardens, is posted as Commissioner Secretary to the Government Ladakh Affairs Department. He also shall hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, Information Technology Department and Chief Executive Officer, JaKeGA, relieving Navin Choudhary of the additional charge of the posts. He shall also hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, Science and Technology Department in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Prasanna Ramaswamy, awaiting orders of posting in GAD, has been posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Information Technology Department, the order said.
The order said that Sheikh Fayaz Ahmed, Secretary to the Government, Science and Technology Department, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Department of Floriculture, Parks and Garden, relieving Rigzian Sampheal of the additional charge of the post.
Asif Hamid Khan, Managing Director (MD), JKTDC, has been transferred and posted as Director Libraries, J&K against an available vacancy.
Rehana Batul, DG, Rural Development, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as MD, JKTDC, reads the government order.
