
Tinsukia, Mar 16: Ao Gunners under SpearCorps recently conducted a motivational outreach programme at Panitola, Assam, aimed at inspiring and guiding the youth from surrounding villages. Over 200 students from Tinsukia and Dibrugarh districts participated in the event, which focused on instilling discipline, physical fitness, and awareness of career opportunities in the defence forces.
The programme included interactive sessions where personnel shared their experiences, highlighted the values of perseverance and teamwork, and explained the diverse roles and avenues available in the Indian Armed Forces. Students were also introduced to basic fitness routines, drills, and exercises to emphasize the importance of physical health in building a career in defence.
Officials from SpearCorps noted that such initiatives are designed to nurture leadership qualities, instill a sense of responsibility, and motivate young people to consider serving the nation.
