
Acting on an attachment order issued by the Hon’ble Additional Sessions Court, Handwara, the Handwara Police have attached 3 Kanals and 12 Marlas of land, valued in lakhs, belonging to two Pakistan-based terror handlers.
The properties belong to:
1. Tahir Ahmad Peer, son of Shamus-ud-din Peer, resident of Badrah Bala Qaziabad.
2. Mohd Ramzan Ganie, son of Mohd Abdullah Ganie, resident of Ganapora Qaziabad.
The action was carried out under Section 88 CrPC (83 Central) in connection with FIR No. 73/2011, registered under Sections 2/3 of the EIMCO Act and 121A of the RPC at Police Station Kralgund.
