Milk is considered a complete food because it contains a good number of vitamins and has great and immense health benefits. One thing is unfortunate: people with lacto-intolerance issues cannot take milk. Milk is one of the best and greatest foods everyone should try, from a small amount to an adequate amount on a regular basis.

Milk is a liquid food, whitish-colored, produced by the mammary glands of mammals. New Zealand, the Netherlands, and Germany are the largest countries in the world that produce milk in very bulk quantities. Milk contains essential nutrients and has been used worldwide for centuries by all age groups. The benefits are as follows:

Milk contains

Potassium, which serves as a source of energy; potassium helps in the repair of tissues in the muscle. 2). Calcium helps us keep away from a very common bone disease called osteoporosis and, at the same time, builds our bones and teeth. 3). Protein:
Serves as a source of energy and builds or repairs muscle tissue. 3). Vitamin D: good for bones; vitamin D requirements are also fulfilled by the sun. 4). Vitamin B12 maintains healthy red blood cells and nerve energy. Vitamin A, also known as retinol, maintains the immune system and is beneficial for normal vision and skin.

Niacin

Metabolizes sugars and fatty acids. In other words, milk packs quite a punch when it comes to nutrition, and you don’t have to drink a gallon to reap the benefits, the National Dairy Council says. In fact, the council says that just one eight-ounce glass of milk provides the same amount of vitamin D. Milk and weight loss: milk helps to maintain our weight as well and is considered a complete food. All of these nutrients contribute to our overall health and wellness, and they can even play a part in weight loss.
Milk keeps us away from various lethal diseases and provides us with important nutrients. As per the various research studies done by renowned scholars, milk decreases heart disease and stroke by up to 15–20 percent. I have mentioned a few benefits of milk in this article and will try to mention more facts about it in my next article. There are uncountable foods around us that are enough to quench and minimize our starving condition, but smart is one who eats selective, hygienic, and nutrient-packed food. One thing that is very unfortunate for society is that dairy farming is not so common, which satisfies our demand for milk. Pure cow milk is very scarce and not available in a very good quantity.
