A Hyundai Professional Development Centre was today inaugurated at Government ITI Udhampur.

Director Skill Development J&K O.P Bhagat inaugurated the Hyundai-ITI Tie-up as the Chief Guest in presence of guest of Honor Regional Head North Zone (HIML) Vinod Kumar.

The Programme started with lighting of the traditional Lamp by the Chief Guest & other guests. Joint Director Skill Development Jammu,  Arun Prakash, Chairman IMC ITI Udhampur, Members of IMC, Govt. ITI Udhampur, representatives of HMIL & others were present in the Programme.

 In his inaugural address, the Director Skill Development appreciated the initiative of setting up of the Hyundai Professional Development Centre at ITI Udhampur. “The inauguration of the Hyundai Professional Development Centre is a great step towards enhancing advanced skills with modern training techniques to benefit the students for better employment opportunities,” he noted and added it is wonderful to see such collaborations between industry leaders like Hyundai and educational institutions. This partnership will surely open up new opportunities for the trainees.

The Regional Head HIML (North) spoke about the Hyundai initiative and the Superintendent ITI apprised in detail about the achievements, Training Programme and various schemes being run in Government ITI Udhampur.
