Rahul Sahai, Chairman, Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Jammu Chapter called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday and put forth important matters pertaining to trade and industry sector.
During the meeting, Sahai raised several important matters concerning the trade, commerce, and industrial landscape of the Union Territory.
He apprised LG about the current challenges being faced by industries in Jammu region and also shared suggestions for accelerating industrial growth, improving Ease of Doing Business (EoDB), and strengthening public-private partnership models.
Sahai emphasised the need for robust implementation of industrial policies, timely disbursement of incentives, greater infrastructure support, and smoother regulatory clearances.
