Senior officials from CRPF, SSB, BSF, CID, Traffic, Railways, and other departments attended the meeting. They briefed on plans for crowd control, traffic management, and law and order during Muharram and Yoga Day.
IGP Birdi emphasized foolproof security, increased surveillance of anti-national elements and mischief mongers, especially during night processions. He directed coordination with stakeholders and comprehensive security strategies at the district level to prevent untoward incidents.
The meeting ended with a unified commitment to ensure peaceful and smooth conduct of all events.
