To mark this significant day, IHRO Jammu & Kashmir Chapter will confer Hosla Afzai (Encouragement) Awards upon 100 exceptional women from across the Kashmir Division, recognising their remarkable contributions in diverse fields. Mrs. Safa Arshid, an Advocate and Assistant Legal Aid Counsel (DLSA), is widely respected for her dedication to justice and social service. Through her role with the District Legal Services Authority, she provides free legal aid to undertrial prisoners and economically disadvantaged individuals, ensuring access to justice for those unable to afford legal representation.
