Popular international footwear brand Red Tape has opened its first store in Srinagar city, under its recently launched concept of Online-Offline Stores.
A spokesperson of the Red Tape said that the popular footwear brand has been aggressively expanding its presence to meet the preferences of consumers varied geographically and demographically. “Discerning the contrast in the consumer habits, and to align with modern technology, Red Tape has introduced a novel concept of Online-Offline Stores with a tagline ‘See it, Feel it, Try it and then Buy it’,” the spokesperson said.
The spokesperson claimed that the brand aims to merge online and offline shopping experience. “The stores are comparatively bigger in size, the range of merchandise is extensive and the best part is, the prices are as low as one may find on any major online platforms,” he said.
The spokesman said that the concept Red Tape Stores are already thrown open in various cities in India and the company saw an opportunity in Srinagar to open a store.
“Seeing the same, a similar store has been opened in Srinagar as well, to add to the consumer’s content,” the spokesperson said.
The spokespersons said that they (Red Tape Brand) are expecting an exuberant response in Srinagar.
