Jai Pal Singh assumes charge as DYSSO Budgam

The government UT transferred several officers in which Jai Pal Singh, a native of Kathua, took charge as District Youth Services and Sports Officer (DYSSO) Budgam and was given a warm welcome by the department officials. Soon after assuming charge, he held an introductory and review meeting with the office staff in his chamber. During the meeting, Jai Pal Singh stressed on the importance of discipline, punctuality, teamwork and dedication in strengthening the sports ecosystem across the district and promoting youth-related activities. He urged the officials to work with determination and coordination for the betterment of sports and provide better opportunities to budding athletes.

He also stressed on organizing sports activities in a transparent, organized and fruitful manner to ensure effective nurturing of talent from both rural and urban areas.On this occasion, the officers and employees of the department assured Shri Jaipal Singh of their full support and cooperation in discharging the departmental responsibilities efficiently and successfully.Later on he visited Indoor Stadium & inaugurated the Inter Zonal District Level Badminton Boys Competitions.
