Baramulla, Jan 5: Minister for Agriculture Production, Rural Development, and Panchayati Raj, Javed Ahmad Dar, began a comprehensive two day tour of Rafiabad constituency in Baramulla district, aimed at strengthening public outreach, reviewing developmental works and addressing aspirations of the local population.
