‘J&K prepares for ‘Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore’ campaign’

December 16, 2025 | BK News Service

Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo reviewed district-level preparedness for the nationwide ‘Sushasan Saptah – Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore’ campaign, scheduled from December 19 to 25, 2025. The meeting, attended by Administrative Secretaries and Deputy Commissioners, focused on coordinated planning, effective public outreach, and grievance redressal.

Dulloo stressed transparency, accountability, and citizen-centric governance, urging all departments to work in close coordination. Commissioner Secretary GAD, M. Raju, highlighted that the campaign, organized by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), aims to promote good governance through on-the-spot resolution of grievances and improved service delivery at the grassroots.
During the campaign, district collectors will conduct special camps at tehsil headquarters, panchayats, and local institutions, addressing grievances, disposing of service applications, and expanding online services. Daily progress will be uploaded on a dedicated portal, capturing resolved grievances, services added online, and outreach activities.
Deputy Commissioners shared plans for grievance redressal drives, service delivery initiatives, and awareness programs in their districts. On December 23, district-level workshops will showcase good governance practices and initiatives in sectors like health, education, public works, and grievance redressal. Presentations will include significant district-level achievements and insights from retired IAS officers, with documentation uploaded on the campaign portal for nationwide replication.
