
The Jammu & Kashmir Carrom Association is pleased to announce that Jammu & Kashmir will be participating in the 50th Junior National Carrom Championship, being organized by the All India Carrom Federation in association with the State Carrom Association, Madhya Pradesh and the Gwalior Jila Carrom Association, scheduled to be held from 1st to 4th November 2025 at LNIPE, Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh).
The Association shall conduct Open Selection Trials on 6th October 2025 at Carrom Hall, Bakshi Stadium, Srinagar for selecting players to represent the Union Territory at the prestigious event. The selection will be followed by screening as per sports council norms, and thereafter, a 21-day coaching camp will be organized at Carrom Hall, Bakshi Stadium, Srinagar for the selected players to prepare them for the national championship.
Eligibility for participation is as per the All India Carrom Federation guidelines:
Players born on or after 02.11.2007 may take part in Junior (Under-18) events.
Players born on or after 02.11.2004 may take part in Youth (Under-21) events.
The Association requests all interested and eligible players from Jammu & Kashmir to report for the open trials on the scheduled date, along with the required documents in Original to support their age and identity or for any information contact 9906767529, 9070000093.
