Tamleek Shah Kapta another trainee of Judo academy Pologround clinched bronze medal in Junior National Judo championship held at New Delhi from 28th August to 1st September 2023 in which 30 states participated all over India. Tamleek Shah is being trained by a senior Judo Coach of J&K Sports council Mr. Shafkat Shafi. This is a consecutive third medal in three months in different national level judo championships from this academy.
It is worthwhile to mention here that Pologround Judo academy is one of the famous academies in J&K where several national medalists and India campers have emerged. Tamleek Shah has started her initial Judo training in presentation convent school under Fehmeeda Jan a trainner and national medalist.
