Srinagar, March 4: Wife of late Dr Abdul Rashid Kaloo and mother of senior journalists Arshad Kaloo and Arajmand passed away in New Delhi due to cardiac arrest.
She passed away in New Delhi yesterday and the body was brought to Srinagar today.
The body was buried at the graveyard at Shivpora, Srinagar. Large number of people from different walks of life participated in the Nimaz-e-Jinaza of the deceased.
Brighter Kashmir Editor Farooq Ahmed Wani has expressed his grief over the death of Kaloo’s mother.
He prayed that may Almighty Allah grant the deceased the highest place in Jannah.
Wani extended his heartfelt condolences with the bereaved family.
The journalist community has also extended condolences with the bereaved family.
